Well, nothing exotic this week just a trip to the nearest club to us in Edmonton. But, we did meet a great couple who's first time it was to the club, actually any club. And the partner and I are always happy to help out a new couple ;-) So we were having a great time at the club, which we'll review later, the normal DJ who IMHO has awful taste in club music was replaced for the night with a DJ who actually played dance and so we were dancing a lot! I don't usually even care if we get any action at the club, as long as we have a good time dancing and talking with others I'm happy. But, after dancing and partying together this sexy couple came up to us and introduced themselves. They told us this was their first time coming to a club and they had had no idea what to expect, LOL, well we got to talking and of course we had to give them a tour of the clubs facility's (as limited as they are) we all walked up stairs to the play area, where there was no action happening... yet. ;-)
So of course we had to sit down for a minute and then before you can say boing! we were on each other. After everyone getting off we stopped to catch our breath and noticed suddenly we were surrounded by other couples, LOL. So after going back down for more drinks and more fun the week end was a success.

DeleteIn the unlikely event you have yet to decide I would have to say for us Intimate Times is definatly our style and the club we prefer in Edmonton.
But, each club has its own personality and atracts their own type of clientel. IT is, to use a metaphor, pop music while 4-play is classic rock.
Well, we really hope you had a lot of fun what ever your choice!!!
Any recommendations, things to consider for newbies would be greatly appreciated! We've dabbled a bit in our home with friends but want to explore what our city, the lifestyle scene has to offer.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, the most important thing for a new couple coming into the lifestyle is to enter with a very strong relationship and don't be trying this to fix a bad relationship. Because, I can guarantee that you'll get into a situation sooner or later where there will be jealousy and if you don't have a strong relationship it could be very bad for you.
DeleteBut, if you're looking for suggestions about clubbing here's ours:
1. Dress nice, this includes shoes, lol. No sneakers!
2. Don't sit in the corner, go out and dance, chat with others and smile! Everyone is there for a good time and most are there to meet up with sexy couples and have sex with them.
3. Don't get drunk!!! Nothing ruins a evening like getting sick or saying or doing something you regret in the morning because you lost control. Plus it's nice to remember in the morning watching your significant other going down on that other sexy person while simultaneously having sex with you while their hands are on someone else's breasts.

Well this seem to be the common theme but this will be my first time going to a swimgers or sex club my girlfriend has before and we are both very sexually comfortable. My question is I belive I'm going to the IT club next weekend single as my girlfriend is still moving from ontario and she wanted me to check it out as we usally rent dungeon play rooms and bondage play areas. Does the IT club themed rooms, do they have a feature sex show. ReplyDeleteIt looks like the great Facebook migration from our site has hit a snag. Being someone who has witnessed this first hand....it is true. Facebook is now cleaning house on accounts that are being made with nicknames handles, etc.
Today this site turns the corner after ten years and looks back at the competition and laughs. Our site has had it's issues....for sure no doubt. However, we still have an absolute treasure trove of blogs and data and REAL swingers. As Swingers we know who the major players are on the scene, clubs, groups, resorts. The last three years have been tough on this site, but slowly and surely we press on. Even after the last revolt and everyone left to join facebook .....we now are deciding it is time to start an active advertisement plan to replenish this site.
Time has a way of working things out so to speak. This site was never about the money, however some seemed to think that there was a pile of money to be made with the hotel parties. Armchair Deviant M+A, true Canadian swingers to the core. These people and their group were swapping profiles on the rag racks at the porn shops and personals in the back of the newspapers long before the internet. Sometimes it would take months to hook up. This group of people organized the first of many swinging hotel parties and ten years later where are the hotel parties?
Nobody knows, seems that a group of people that were telling everyone what a terrible site this was, which I might add was the birthplace of the hotel parties, doesn't seem to have much of a hotel party scene happening. Their website is down. Nothing really being mentioned on Facebook. So with no party schedule or planning, where can we go party?
